ePABILI Shopping Service
Our ePABILI Service is an online shopping service reserved exclusively for eBILIonline customers. The service allows our customers to purchase items from ebay and other US only websites, without the need for a US credit card or paypal account. The ePABILI service is meant to be used in conjunction with our eBILIonline shipping services. You cannot use another shipping company or courier if purchasing items through ePABILI.

ePABILI charges a small surcharge based on the total purchase amount (TPA) of the item/s to be purchased. For item/s whose TPA is $100 or below a fixed surcharge of $10 will be applied. Item/s whose TPA is $100 to $500, will have a surcharge of 10% of the TPA, and items whose TPA is over $500, shall be charged a surcharge of $50 or 8% of the TPA, whichever is higher. In determining the TPA, please note that all fees, taxes and delivery charges billed by the vendor to deliver the item/s to our office in California is included in the TPA. To this effect, a copy of the vendor's billing statement shall be included in every ePABILI purchase quotation.

All packages purchased through ePABILI are for pick up only at our office in Quezon City, and shall be opened when they arrive in the Philippines to remove all receipts containing eBILIonline's payment information. You may instruct us to forward the package to your Philippines shipping address at your expense via local courier.
